It's line 71 on Form 1040 for the telephone excise tax that you've paid for years, probably without knowing it. Here's a link to the IRS site.

The article below presents a sound strategy for allocating investment funds between a Roth IRA and a 401k. Here it is in a nutshell:
- Contribute enough to the 401k to get the full employer match
- Max out your Roth
- Go back to the 401k and put in any remaining funds you can afford
CNN/Money Magazine has a great piece on 25 rules to grow rich by. Sound advice, though I am not sure all the rules are worthy of a "top 25." But they're still good.
