Bullish Insiders?

Apparently, notwithstanding all the bad news in the stock and real estate markets, corporate insiders are bullish.

In other words, despite all the bad economic news that has come to light in recent weeks, and the poor action of the stock market averages, corporate insiders are more bullish today than they were three months ago.
